2nd Annual Silicon Valley Long Course Triathlon

1.2 Mile Swim - 56 Mile Bike - 13.1 Mile Run

The Silicon Valley Long Course Triathlon is the first Long Course Triathlon to be held in San Jose, California. This half distance triathlon (1.2 Mile Swim - 56 Mile Bike - 13.1 Mile Run) will have a 2 loop swim and run course and will be a spectator friendly environment that you will NOT want to miss.  The warm weather and beautiful surroundings in the South Bay area will be your stomping grounds in this first triathlon of the weekend at the Silicon Valley Triathlons extravaganza.  Following the event there will be gourmet food, kids events, raffle prizes that will take your breath away, as well as a party that your family will enjoy while you’re racing. 

The bike course will be one of a kind traveling through South San Jose, Morgan Hill, and Gilroy.  Giving each participant a challenging looped bike course through our 2012 Morgan Hill Sprint Triathlon course as well as taking you around some of the great Morgan Hill wineries.
